"Wish I hadn’t counted on the warranty process"
I’m disappointed. I reached out for warranty help expecting a replacement, but it’s been dragging on forever and I’m still waiting. I kind of regret buying this thinking the support would be easier if something went wrong.

"Broke quick, honestly"
I got this and it just didn’t last very long, which was kind of annoying. It broke way sooner than I was expecting, so yeah, not really happy with it.

"Delivery was fine, but I had to chase for updates"
The order did arrive in one piece, so that part was okay, but the delivery took longer than I expected and the tracking barely updated. I ended up having to follow up and escalate the issue just to get a clearer idea of what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely felt average and could be a lot more reliable.

"Promo code didn’t do anything"
Tried using the promo code at checkout, but... yeah, nothing happened. The discount never applied, so it felt kind of pointless

"Order was actually right for once"
My order came exactly right, which was a relief because I’m always worried something will be missing. Nothing was missing, nothing was wrong, and I didn’t have to deal with that annoying back-and-forth over missing items. Shipping was fine too, no weird delays or messed up packaging. I usually have something to complain about with orders, but this one was just correct and easy. Happy with it.

"I thought this looked good at..."
I thought this looked good at first, but once you actually use it, the material feels kind of cheap. Mine started showing wear way faster than I expected, so you end up feeling a bit disappointed. I thought it would be better quality.

"Felt a bit overpriced to me"
I stopped in thinking I’d grab a few things, but once I started checking the prices, I was kind of surprised. A lot of the same stuff I’ve bought elsewhere was cheaper at other places, so it felt a little unfair. I don’t mind paying a bit more sometimes, but this felt like too much.

"Decent product, but getting parts was a hassle"
I’ve had the product for a while and overall it’s been fine for everyday use, so I didn’t really have any major complaints at first. The quality seems okay and it does what it’s supposed to do. I only ran into trouble when I needed a basic replacement lid, which I figured would be easy to order. After digging around their site and not finding it, I contacted customer support, but they mostly just sent me from one place to another without a clear answer. So the product itself is alright, but if you ever need replacement parts, it’s surprisingly frustrating.

"Pretty frustrating order experience"
I ordered from newellbrands.com thinking it would be easy enough, but it turned into a bit of a mess. The item showed up later than I expected, and trying to get a straight answer from customer service was a pain. I kept having to explain the same thing over and over, which got old fast. Just wasn’t a good experience overall, and I don’t think I’ll order directly from them again

"I’ve bought a few Newell products now, and..."
I’ve bought a few Newell products now, and the quality has been hit or miss. One item was totally fine, but another broke after barely being used, which was really frustrating. Then I had to deal with support, wait around for a response, and basically do extra work just to get something sorted that shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place. At this point, I’m not sure I’d trust them again.

"Lids stopped sealing after a few weeks"
I bought this storage container set and at first it seemed decent, but two of the lids stopped sealing properly after just a few weeks. The plastic itself feels okay, but if the lids don’t stay closed, it kind of defeats the whole point. Customer service was slow to respond too, and I started wondering if there were going to be some random extra charge or fee involved with getting help or a replacement. It wasn’t the worst purchase ever, but I wouldn’t buy it again

"Pretty open about the company"
I was looking into Newell Brands since I already use a few of their products, and I was surprised by how much information they have on their site. The whole experience was smooth, and it didn’t take much digging to find details about their leadership, reports, and how the business is run.
I’d probably give it 4 stars because a few sections still feel like they’re written more for investors than everyday people. But overall, compared to a lot of company websites, it felt more straightforward and open than I expected...

"Pretty frustrating to get around"
I don’t know, the whole site just felt kind of annoying to use. Pages were taking longer than they should, the menus felt all over the place, and I kept thinking I was close to finding basic product info, but then... nope, back somewhere else.
The search didn’t really help much either. A lot of the results seemed unrelated, or at least not what I was looking for, and the support pages were weirdly hard to follow. After a while I just gave up because it was more effort than it needed to be.

"Good item, but the wait was frustrating"
I ordered from newellbrands.com and the product itself was totally fine once it finally arrived. But the shipping took almost two weeks, and I barely got any updates along the way. I know delays happen, but when you're expecting something sooner and don’t really know what’s going on, it starts to feel frustrating. It kind of took the excitement out of getting the order.

"Site feels cluttered and out of date"
I didn’t love using newellbrands.com. The design just feels old. Not broken exactly, but messy. Like there’s a lot happening at once and none of it really fits together.

I was only trying to browse around, but the pages felt crowded. Too many visuals, colors that don’t feel very fresh, and the whole layout just seemed kind of dated. Hard to stay focused.
The information might be on there somewhere. Probably is. But the look of the site makes it less pleasant to use, which is disappointing for such a big company

"Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them"
Look, I’m just being honest here, this really wasn’t worth the hassle. I gave them a fair chance, but the whole experience was more frustrating than it needed to be. Maybe others had better luck, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I was using this and noticed it started getting really hot, hot enough that it made me nervous to keep going. I reached out to customer support, but they were slow to respond — which didn’t exactly make me feel better about the whole thing.

I ordered a product from newellbrands.com, and to be honest, the quality just didn’t meet my expectations. It looked fine at first glance, but once I actually handled it, it felt cheap.
After only a few uses, it started having issues, which was frustrating considering the price. I wasn’t expecting anything luxury-level, but I did expect it to hold up better than it did.

I tried to give it a fair chance and make it work, but overall it just doesn’t feel durable. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the purchase and wouldn’t be likely to order again...

"I had a hard time figuring out the product details"
I was browsing newellbrands.com because I wanted to compare a few different products before deciding what to buy, but the product information was not as clear as I expected it to be. The site itself looks fine and is easy enough to move around in at first, but once I actually started trying to look closely at the details, things felt a little scattered. Some information seemed to be missing, and other details were either buried somewhere or just not explained very well. I ended up opening other websites and searching around just to understand basic things about the products, which kind of defeats the purpose of having the info on the product pages in the first place. It was not a terrible experience, but it definitely made the shopping process take longer than it should have. The overall website is okay, but the product descriptions and clarity could really use some improvement...
